Some people would rather sell their home directly to investors to avoid the trouble associated with putting their home on the market. Maybe it’s distressed and needs a lot or work, maybe you inherited the house, or maybe you’re being foreclosed on and need to close quick. You can sell your home directly to 1 of these companies, which are considered "IBuyers". The "i" stands for Investors so be aware that you are selling your home to a business that invests in real estate and has their best interest in mind instead of yours. They are trying to make a profit from you instead of "for" you, like I would do as your agent. They also charge fees of their own and I can likley get you more money for your home and help with your next purchase while keeping your best interests in mind. However sometimes they make offers that make sense to you for different reasons and I would be happy to review them all with you so that you can choose the best 1. If you would prefer not to sell on the retail market with realtors and showings, I have a network of investors that will make you an offer on your home today to close within 30 days. FSBO (FOR SALE BY OWNER)

We’ll set a time for me to come to your home. This will allow me to determine value and meet in person and answer any questions that you have. If you decide to hire me to sell your home we will get the paperwork signed for me to start.

Market Analysis
I’ll give you a comparable market analysis showing your homes value per the current market conditions and we can decide on a list price. I’ll provide you with a sellers net so you can see how much money you’ll receive when sold

I’ll schedule a cleaner, measurements, photography and videography with you and get started with your listing preparation and marketing

Home is Live, commence marketing!
