We tackle projects of all sizes from handyman repairs, investor punch lists, & real estate repair lists to full interior/exterior renovations or flips. We specialize in aesthetic landscaping, hardscaping, and creative horticulture to improve residential property. We can find off market discounted land and go through the entire development and build process together.
I have applied the values required for my time in the U.S. Navy, my experience in construction and real estate, and implemented them into a contracting business to provide reliable service at a fair price with guaranteed customer satisfaction. I focus on giving the client the best experience possible by providing outstanding customer service with excellent communication and quality craftsmanship.

My Story
As a CLT/LKN realtor I ran into the issue of finding reliable honest trustworthy contractors with integrity and values that I had learned from the military, and fair pricing. My Parents were contractors and I grew up working in the business from 14 as a laborer and installer to an operations and sales manager after my time in the military, college, and government. After I got my Real estate business up and running I created Zink Design and Development so that I could better serve my clients and other customers and offer quality work at a lower price than large companies. I’ve combined this with my passion of real estate and I am able to offer clients extremely unique advantages and conveniences compared to most agents or contractors. My experience as a realtor as well as other background has given me a perspective and skillset that most can’t offer without going to many places or different services and increasing cost while decreasing craftsmanship and attentiveness along the way.
